Public Service Bar was High for Ili

I loved working with Ili! But she was tough. While most of the time when I was Deputy Secretary I just listened to her -- she was right most of the time. But once I wanted to do something different than she thought was the way to go (don't even recall the issue). We each gave our reasons and she changed her mind! I was super honored, because I knew the public service bar was high for Ileana. I will miss her, and always assumed I would have the chance to chat with her again. But I can imagine her knowing smile and it makes me happy, if also well up a bit.
